Collection of First Press Thrash, Death, and Black Metal LPs From Germany

New Collection of Near Mint First Press Thrash, Death, and Black Metal LPs I Just Got From Germany

In the video below are some albums I acquired from a collector in Germany. While it consists of just 23 albums and is much smaller than the size of collections I typically buy, there are some rare gems inside, and thus is worthy of a quick blog post.

These albums were sent through DHL, arrived quickly, and were well-packed. All are original pressings in VG+ condition or better. I will highlight some of the better items below.

The Shining (Original Soundtrack) LP 1980 Warner Bros WB 56 827 [GERMANY] VG+/EX – While this album is only metal-adjacent, it isn’t cheap. Despite its simple-looking 2-color art, this classic 1980 horror film soundtrack can easily fetch over $200.
