The album combines black metal and thrash metal elements, ultimately creating a black metal-influenced thrash sound inspired by bands like Venom, Mercyful Fate, and Bathory. On this both Petrozza and Reil share vocal duties. Kreator’s Endless Pain was released in 1985 with very raw production. It is now a cult classic.
